These terms cover your use of Cozy Oven Recipes. The site is a personal food blog by Jason Mance, an individual publisher in Hilversum. It is not a registered business. Updated October 25, 2026.

Using the site

You may read the recipes, cook them at home, and share a link to a page. You may not copy the writing or the photos onto another site, sell them, or present them as your own work.

Recipes are home cooking information

Recipes are written from Jason’s kitchen. They are not a promise that your result will match his, because ovens, pans, and ingredients differ. You are responsible for safe food handling in your own kitchen. Read the Recipe and Food-Safety Note. The recipes are not medical or nutrition advice.

Nothing is for sale

Jason does not sell food, classes, catering, or reservations. There is no checkout and no order button. If an advertisement appears, it is placed by Google’s ad system. An ad is not an offer from Jason and it is not an endorsement.

Changes and liability

He may edit or remove a page when a recipe needs a correction or when he rewrites a method. The site is provided as a personal blog. To the extent the law allows, Jason is not liable for problems that come from using the site or from cooking a recipe. This does not limit any right that cannot be waived under the laws of the Netherlands.
