Cozy Oven Recipes publishes original recipes written by Jason Mance. He cooks each one at home in Hilversum and writes the method from that cook. He does not publish paid reviews, sponsored recipes, or articles written to promote a product.

What the recipes are

The writing, ingredient lists, and steps are his. Photos are made for this site to show the dish or the kitchen. They are not pictures of a restaurant, and they are not presented as a professional studio’s client work.

Advertising

If a Google ad appears, it is placed by the advertising system. It is separate from the recipe. Jason does not accept free products, payment, or kitchen equipment in exchange for a mention. He does not write paid reviews.

How to request a correction

If a quantity, time, temperature, or step looks wrong, email [email protected] or use the contact form. Include the page address and what you think should change. Jason reads these notes himself. He corrects factual mistakes. He does not pay anyone to request a correction, and he does not treat correction requests as reviews.

He may also revise a recipe when he cooks it again and finds a clearer way to explain a step. The page is updated in place.
